About me
“Semakin banyak saya belajar, semakin saya kembali kepada asas.”The more I learn, the more I return to the basics.
I'm a Malaysian entrepreneur and business development strategist. For more than two decades I've worked where business, technology and people meet. My job is finding the gap in a market, shaping a solution that makes commercial sense, and building the relationships that turn an idea into real results.
I started my career on large public infrastructure, coordinating a RM420 million Petronas water supply project and planning a RM205 million JKR highway. In 2005 I founded Newvoice2u. There I designed the SMARTCALL PLAN, a revenue recovery strategy that brought back around RM140 million a year to Telekom Malaysia for ten straight years. Along the way I became a TM Unifi and Yellow Pages partner, and I worked with UniMAP to bring university inventions to rural communities.
Today my work is about people and capability. I lead training and consultancy work through Rejang Training & Development and Zaya Upskill. That covers AI for the workplace, communication and leadership programmes, subsidised technical training for manufacturers, and connecting skilled Malaysians with good jobs. On Threads I'm known as a pembela graduan teknikal, someone who stands up for TVET and vocational graduates and helps them land real technical careers. I'm also the founder and director of UrusTapak, a digital platform that helps small traders at pasar malam and uptown markets book and pay for their spots.
I keep learning. I studied computer science at Indiana University, accountancy at UiTM and law at Stamford College, and I'm now certified in building AI agents. I write in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, mostly on Threads as @itsme.intanyahya.
